EXHIBITORS SELLING VIA LOTTERY
Details Coming Soon.
TABLE LOCATION – While we strive to place all exhibitors in a location that will benefit the maximum potential of what the show has to offer, we understand that some exhibitors will not be satisfied with the location of the table. If an exhibitor would like to request a table location change for future shows, they must submit a request IN WRITING via email to Tamar@R1Promotions.com or in person directly to Tamar at the 2021 show. Exhibitors cannot request any table changes for the current 2021 show.
EXOTIC/ENDANGERED SPECIES – Any parts of whale, bear, elephant, condor, eagle, rhino, or any other animal that is on any endangered species list cannot be sold or transported into the state of California. Mammoth, walrus, and wart hog are also now illegal in California. It is the exhibitors responsibility to make sure none of these materials are present at the show. Failure to follow the rules will result in the exhibitor having to remove the items from their table. In extreme cases, the exhibitor may be asked to leave the show with no refund for the table fee.
SECURITY – The exhibitor is responsible for the security of their table and products/belongings/property during all hours of the show. At no time will the show promoter or any representative of the show assume any responsibility for the security of the exhibitors’ property. Overnight security will be provided, but does not guarantee the security of your property. We strongly suggest that exhibitors obtain a specific insurance policy for the show to cover any loss/livability.
FIREARMS – Absolutely NO fire arms are allowed for display, for sale, or to be shown or carried in the show. This is a zero tolerance policy. If a fire arm is seen during any time of the show, the individual who possesses the fire arm will be IMMEDIATELY escorted out of the show and not allowed to return.
GENERAL RULES – Only knives that are legal in the state of California can be offered for sale. Switchblades over 2″ are illegal for sale in the state, except to Military and Law Enforcement offices who are on active duty. Gravity knives are also illegal, including butterfly knives. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to make sure the items that are offered for sale at the show are legal. Failure to follow the rules will result in the exhibitor having to remove the items from their table. In extreme cases, the exhibitor may be asked to leave the show with no refund for the table fee.
